Ethical Leadership
The old ways of seeing the role of a leader - as someone there to ensure compliance and extract the maximum output from the workforce - do not fit the realities of today.

The most effective leaders are those who can create a working environment in which ALL individuals can thrive and have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

This course aims to support leaders in understanding how power is distributed within their team or organisation, and the benefits of addressing this.

Learning Methods
This is an embodiment-focused training, meaning that we go beyond building conceptual understanding into creating lived experiences of different states in the body.

The course includes a mixture of learning through theory, group discussion, self-reflection, embodied practices, and practical application in pairs or small groups.
Leaders have a lot on their plates already, juggling the many different aspects of their role.

When you're up to your eyes in budgets and reports, or with a calendar full of back-to-back meetings, it can feel like the more "human" aspects of working with individuals are another strain on your already depleted resources.

However, investing time in learning about power and ethical leadership WILL make life easier for you in the long run!
This training is not about ticking a box but about creating meaningful work, which means motivated employees, increased wellbeing, and teams that feel able to speak up and suggest better solutions because individuals feel seen, respected and understood.

We keep the group sizes small for this course - usually no more than 12 people per group - so that everyone's voice can be heard.

We can also create custom versions of this training for your workplace, and it's possible to follow this programme on a one-to-one basis. Visit the bespoke training page for more information on these options.
