Empowering Leaders

It can be incredibly challenging holding a leadership, managerial, or supervisory role these days.

It can feel as though you are under pressure from all directions - trying to keep up to date with what's happening in your industry, ensuring your direct reports are motivated and on track, dealing with an overflowing inbox, and somehow meeting your own objectives.

It's no wonder that many leaders - no matter how skilled or motivated they are - end up feeling overworked and overwhelmed.

This course aims to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to empower themselves so that they can in turn empower others.

Learning Methods

This is an embodiment-focused training, meaning that we go beyond building conceptual understanding into creating lived experiences of different states in the body.

The course includes a mixture of learning through theory, group discussion, self-reflection, embodied practices, and practical application in pairs or small groups.

Contact us today if you’d like to discuss this course in more detail.

A lot of empowerment training focuses on encouraging people to speak up for themselves or showing them ways to come across as more confident and powerful, but what's missing is an understanding of the root cause of why people aren't feeling confident and empowered in the first place!

By approaching this from an embodiment angle, we can gain a deeper perspective on what's happening "under the hood" and we can make changes that stick.

We keep the group sizes small for this course - usually no more than 12 people per group - so that everyone's voice can be heard.

We can also create custom versions of this training for your workplace, and it's possible to follow this programme on a one-to-one basis. Visit the bespoke training page for more information on these options.
