Empowered relational skills for life, love, and leadership
Deep embodied work for people who are ready to participate more fully, relate more authentically, and lead with integrity in a complex world.
Empowerment starts with knowing what you want.
Not (only) what society expects of you, or what creates the best impression of you being successful, productive, or “good”.
What you actually want.
Sounds simple, right?! But sadly, for many people it's not because we were taught - directly or indirectly - that our wants are unrealistic, inconvenient, selfish, shameful, or irrelevant. And so we learnt instead to disconnect from ourselves in order to belong. Over time, that disconnection can show up as:
-
Burnout, stress, and overwhelm
-
Dissatisfaction in work or relationships
-
Difficulty setting boundaries
-
Over-reliance on external validation or status
-
An inability to switch off
-
Feeling as though you’re living a life that doesn’t fully belong to you, or that you are performing rather than living
I get it. I’ve been there.
Why do this?
The work I do is about rebuilding your relationship with yourself so that you can participate more fully in your relationships with others. As you develop deeper self-knowledge and feel more comfortable embodying who you truly are, you will be able to:
-
Communicate clearly
-
Relate authentically
-
Navigate intensity, discomfort, and change from an empowered place
-
Hold healthy boundaries
-
Act with integrity under pressure
-
Build relationships and a life that genuinely feels meaningful
This is not performative personal development, or a promise to make the world feel more comfortable - this is deep work for those who want to learn how to be robust humans in a chaotic world.
What I bring
My work is shaped by more than 20 years of embodied practices and an unusually broad range of experience with power, leadership, relationships, and transformation.
I spent 10 years studying and teaching martial arts, 18 years building a career in marketing and corporate leadership, and completed an MBA focused on creativity and followership in the workplace. Alongside that, I pursued extensive professional training in embodied facilitation, coaching, relational work, and power dynamics - including training as a Certified Professional Dominatrix as part of a deeper exploration into power, consent, and psychology.
In 2021, I left corporate life to dedicate myself to this work.
For me, embodiment is not a trend or coaching add-on. It is a long-term commitment to developing awareness, range, resilience, and relational capacity in both my professional work and personal life.
As a queer, gender-fluid, kinky, and non-monogamous solo parent, I understand how difficult it can be to step outside of norms and build a life that feels genuinely aligned with who you are. I have felt the tension between authenticity and belonging, and I appreciate how that can lead us to stay small, disconnected, or hidden to feel more comfortable or safe. But, I also know the aliveness that comes from knowing yourself deeply, inhabiting your body fully and unapologetically, and relating to the world from that place.
Who I work with
I work with people who want to build greater capacity for authenticity, relational depth, integrity, and resilience, so that they can participate fully in life and contribute something meaningful to the world.
Many of the people I work with are:
-
Leaders, facilitators, practitioners, or business owners
-
Navigating identity shifts or major life transitions
-
Exploring alternative forms of relationships and connections
-
Individuals who appear successful on the surface but actually feel disempowered or disenchanted
-
Interested in personal development and growth
This work is for people who are willing to engage honestly with themselves, their patterns, their desires, and their relationship with power.
Leadership & Power
I help leaders, facilitators, and practitioners develop the embodied and relational skills needed to navigate complexity, responsibility, and influence sustainably.
Leadership is deeply relational, yet many traditional leadership programmes fail to teach the capacities we actually need:
-
Nervous system awareness and regulation
-
Understanding the effects of power on ourselves and others
-
Attunement to notice what’s really happening in front of us
-
Developing range to respond to changing circumstances
-
Navigating rupture and repair
-
Balancing outcomes with humanity
Whether you lead in the workplace, your community, or within intimate relationships, your relationship to power matters. My background across corporate leadership, embodiment, and kink-informed power dynamics enables me to approach this work with creativity and directness.

Relational skills for life & love
I help people explore their relationships with themselves, with power, desire, intimacy, and each other.
Together, we might work on:
-
Finding regulation and connection within intensity, conflict, and rupture
-
Balancing individual and relational needs and capacities
-
Embracing vulnerability
-
Developing healthier communication and boundaries
-
Navigating identity shifts and major life transitions (such as becoming a new parent)
-
Opening up relationships or exploring non-monogamy
-
Ending a relationship with grace
-
Finding new ways to experience intimacy and connection
When you deepen your understanding of yourself and your desires, you can show up more fully in your relationships, family, work, and community - not only during the good times but also when things are uncertain, difficult, or complex.
I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergence, and gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity, including non-monogamy, kink dynamics, and sex workers.
